It also shows your statistics, as well as time played. The details of what the developers of that particular game have programmed is displayed by the game's application programming interface. You need to have a local client for the server in order to use RPC's.

Under the status bar, click on the drop-down menu, then click on the amount of time you want your status to be visible to change how long your status is up. It will look like you are offline when you select invisible on the app. You can still use the app.

When users are offline, have Discord tell you when they were online. You can put the text under their name when you hover their profile. You can see it on their profile when you view it.
