Even when your browser window is minimized, desktop notifications let you know when you've received a new message or an upcoming calendar event.
You might need to enable notifications in your browser. You can view groups of messages by conversation. You can see conversations with the newest messages on top or bottom.
Outlook vs. Office365
Outlook users have to purchase the upgrade to use it, while Office 365 users can get them for free. The Outlook email client and its functions are the same. Microsoft Outlook is a popular email client. It takes a little while to figure out how to use it.
