Outlook will sort your messages in your inbox into focused and other tabs to help you focus on what matters most. If you want to see all your email messages in one place, you can turn it off. Even when your browser window is minimized, desktop notifications let you know when you've received a new message or an upcoming calendar event.
You might need to enable notifications in your browser. You can view groups of messages by conversation. You can see conversations with the newest messages on top or bottom.
