The former CEO of Firefox has just created a new browser called Brave. It has built-in ad blocking as a default operation. It has a few things to do before it's complete.
There are several options for ad blocking browsers for the mobile device operating system. The only one with add-ons or blocking extensions is Firefox. Ghostery and Adblock Plus have browsers that are not in the regular playstore.
There are other offerings, but they are not the same. Adblock Plus was not allowed to attend the ad industry conference. Go figure.
