People who experience gaslighting can use safe ways to document abuse and create a safety plan to protect themselves.

The most confusing and chaotic breaking news stories are the ones that are most chaotic. Media outlets often report things that are not true in a rush. Getting information a breaking story is usually done from sources, even if the reporter hasn't seen it.
