The Trump Administration and the War on Wall Street

After three months of hawing behind the closed doors of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the president came down on the side near the exits. The Paris deal was signed by nearly 200 countries. The exit takes effect on the day after the election.

One of Mr Trump's trademark pledges was to repeal and replace the healthcare law known as "Obamacare". Republicans say the law imposes too many costs on business and that it is a job killer, while also decrying the reforms as an unwarranted intrusion into the affairs of private businesses and individuals. I'm going to build a military that is stronger than it is right now.

Donald Trump said on the campaign trail that it would be so strong that nobody would mess with him. The Trump administration announced the deployment of 3,000 additional troops to Afghanistan in September. Mr Trump said his approach would be based on the ground.

The US led a coalition against IS in Syria with around 2,000 troops on the ground. After, he repeated his vow to spend big on the country's roads, rail and airports, but there is little sign of action. Congress allocated $21 billion for infrastructure spending by March of this year, far less than the amount Mr Trump has called for.

The US Economy is Not Growing Strongly

The US has added more than 480,000 manufacturing jobs since January of last year, but analysts say growth is slowing down and Mr Trump's policies are not addressing structural issues. After the US was hit by mass shootings in Texas and Ohio in the year, Mr Trump supported a number of reforms, including tighter background checks for gun buyers and red flag laws that prevent people who are deemed a risk to society from buying firearms.

Scalia's Death and the American Dream

Scalia's death may have prevented Trump from reversing marriage equality. Trump might act his will on the American people through the power of Santeria. Some people in Trump's rallies could help.

It's all about jobs and freedom. Guns help Americans exercise their Second Amendment rights. All of you can have it all, including your guns, your god and your religion.

Q-Anon and Donald Trump: The Secret War against Paedophilia

Q-Anon is a conspiracy theory which has exploded into the mainstream in recent months, particularly after the insurrection at Capitol Hill which saw hundreds of people-- many of them Q-Anon supporters-- storm the building to try and prevent Biden being confirmed as president-elect. Q-Anon is a wide ranging conspiracy theory with many different beliefs, but its supporters believe Donald Trump is in a secret war against paedophiles. Hilary Clinton and Bill Gates are thought to be among those who are 'elite devil-worshipping paedophiles', and that there is a secret network of traffickers who sell children to rich and prominent celebrities for use in prostitution.

The Immigrant's Statue: A Representation of Hope and Welcome to the United States

The Immigrant's Statue is a representation of hope and welcome to millions of people who came to the US through New York more than a century ago.

The 'Idiotic" Proposals of Donald Trump

Roger Feldman, professor of health policy and management at the University of Minnesota, said that it was a mixture of Republican orthodoxy and a couple of "idiotic" proposals. Consumers can re-import drugs from overseas. The ability for consumers to buy their health insurance in other states is one of the health-related proposals that Trump discussed most on the campaign trail.

The idea is not new, but it is significant. The country and the world have equally high expectations for their commercial and diplomatic capabilities, and the words chosen by American officials can have serious economic repercussions. The way in which Trump speaks could be detrimental if he becomes president.

Is Government Really Bad?

There is a belief that excessive government is a bad thing. Economic growth can be held back by high taxes and regulations. Aid programs can make people dependent on government and reduce the incentive for them to work hard.
