The panels and the sheathing will be exposed to the elements. Exposure panels and skeet are not suitable for extended exposure due to their rating. The grade stamp on each panel will tell you if you are using Exposure or Exterior.

Exposure 1 sub-floor and sheathing panels are able to survive the elements without affecting the structural integrity of the panel or the amount of humidity in the structure. The APA suggests that Exposure 1 panels and sheathing be stacked horizontally on a platform of 4x4s to prevent them from coming into direct contact with the ground.
