Pathway to Gratitude: How to Create Thankful Habits (SlideShare)

Pathway to Gratitude: How to Create Thankful Habits | Soultiply with Brittany Ritcher The south side of 37th Street, between 5th and 6th Ave is my favorite street in all of New York City.

If you live in NYC, or you’ve visited – there is a very good chance you’ve never been on this street.

It’s dirty and filled with Midtown hotels and cheap wholesale clothing stores that sell nothing but fur or beads.

But a walk along this street has the magic to transform my day.

Without having to think about it, I’ve created a gratitude habit SO STRONG that it jars me out of worrisome thoughts without the use of my conscious attention. This habit has put my ego in its place. And it’s a habit that we all have inside of us.

And in this kick-butt SlideShare, I’m going to show you exactly how you can harness the power of your own daily routine to create a habit for unprecedented abundance in your life.

Buckle up and join me on the Pathway to Gratitude!

The Smart Guide to Harnessing the Power of Love for Wealth Creation

The Smart Guide to Harnessing the Power of Love for Wealth Creation | Soultiply with Brittany Ritcher LOVE .

We seek to share it with others, we relish in it, we are made of it, and we want more of it. To give and receive love – it’s the best feeling in the world.

But what does love mean to you? How do you feel it; how do you show it?

For me, it’s the act of giving and receiving in overdrive . I picture it like this: Remember when you were a kid and you would spin your straw REALLY FAST in your chocolate milk until you created a mini tornado in your cup? Love is just like that. It’s giving and receiving in a continuous circle, until you get so caught up in it, that you BECOME it. You realize that you ARE love; A tornado of pure, positive energy.

That idea is the exact inspiration behind the Soultiply logo. A sacred circle. Giving and receiving all wrapped into one.

I just love that idea!

But I find this interesting…when most people are asked, “What do you love?” oftentimes they name only physical things. Logo with no lines

I love my mother.

I love my brand new puppy.

I love my house.

We know the miraculous power of love, that’s a given. So why don’t we automatically extend these feelings to our non-physical ideas and beliefs in just the same way? Why don’t we make more of an effort to give love to our dreams or to our obstacles? What if we loved the things that don’t yet exist with just as much passion as we do our family and friends? What would become possible?

We are taking a break from our regularly scheduled programming in order to recap May’s Monthly Mantra & Giving Challenge, and pass along the Monthly Mantra love to June!

(The Sexy Soulmate Series will resume in a few days – in the meantime, soak in Part One: Soulmate Basics and Part Two: Prepping for a Soulmate !)

I feel like a little kid on my birthday…May’s Monthly Mantra & Challenge was an experience I’ve just been bursting to share.

Never heard of a Monthly Mantra before? Check out this article to learn the ins and outs.

May’s Monthly Mantra was “I give you my heart & soul, so that Universal compassion might heal us both”, but the Challenge was the real kicker: “Set a giving goal for the Month of May. Keep track of every time you give and share your results at the end of the month.” So here goes nothing…

The Gift of Give

The Gift of Give 3

Are you “Giving Constipated?” Here’s some “Giving Activia”…

Giving is powerful stuff. So much so, that I challenge you to try to name an influential moment in your life that isn’t associated with the concept of giving in some way, shape or form. Come up empty? I sure do – giving goes right to the core. Giving is relatively simple, yet leaves such a lasting impact. When my sister was little, she used to tear her food into smaller pieces so she would have “more” and then she would give half to me. She loved to share everything –Barbies, candy, stickers – you name it. It was just so simple to her. It amazes me how children can wholeheartedly embrace the simple logic of giving, yet it takes years of strength and energy to remind ourselves of this lesson as we get older.

Are you sitting back right now and thinking, “Brittanyyyyy…I know I SHOULD be in a giving mindset, but how? What’s the point?” Hey, I don’t blame you. Sometimes it’s just plain hard to give to others. Or maybe you’ve been out of the habit of giving for so long, that you’ve forgotten how to give and how simple it can actually be. Here are some surefire ways to get your giving gears in motion.
